A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge, and its credits never expire. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and include credits for each paid billing period. Choose a credit pack for occasional use, or a subscription for ongoing creation.

Each image uses 3 credit with the default settings. Generating multiple images uses credits for each image. The generation panel shows the total cost before you submit, and the image limits listed above are based on the default settings.

Credit pack credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits are valid for the monthly billing period, and annual subscription credits for the annual billing period, shown as 30 and 365 days respectively. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their paid period and do not roll over. Check your credits page for the exact expiration date.

Annual plans display an equivalent monthly price for easy comparison. You pay for the full year in one charge, and all annual credits are delivered upfront after payment is confirmed. The benefits list shows the total credits. Credits are not issued in separate monthly installments.

Yes. You can buy a credit pack with or without a subscription. Purchased credits are added to your account without changing your subscription plan or renewal date.

Yes. Open Settings > Billing to cancel your subscription and stop future renewals. Credits already in your account keep their existing expiration dates. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Credits are automatically returned for confirmed failed or undelivered images. If only part of a batch fails, credits for the failed images are returned. A request that times out is checked for its final result before any refund is issued.

Credits are added once payment is confirmed. Check that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase, then refresh your credits page. If your order is paid but the balance is still incorrect, contact support with your order number. Avoid paying again for the same order.

Refund eligibility depends on when you purchased, whether credits have been used, and the type of purchase. Please review the Refund Policy for the full conditions and request process before purchasing.

Open Settings > Credits to see your available balance, credit grants, usage history, and expiration dates. You can filter by credits received or spent to check a purchase or generation charge.
